Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Executive to manage warehouse operations and coordinate the logistics of our beauty products. This role involves inventory control, order fulfillment, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining the highest standards of product care and handling.

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations

- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of beauty products

- Ensure products are handled in accordance with quality and hygiene standards, especially sensitive items like skincare and cosmetics

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

- Monitor product shelf life and expiry dates; manage FIFO/FEFO methods

Logistics Coordination

- Manage import and export shipping arrangements, including customs clearance, freight booking, and required documentation

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific import/export requirements

- Plan and coordinate local and regional deliveries to retail stores, customers, and distributors

- Liaise with courier companies and logistics providers to track shipments

- Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve delivery-related issues promptly

- Handle import/export documentation when required

Inventory & Reporting

- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, order status

Beauty Product-Specific Duties

- Manage storage of fragile and temperature-sensitive beauty items

- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and presentation of beauty products for delivery

- Collaborate with marketing or retail teams during product launches or promotional campaigns

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations (experience in beauty/FMCG industry is a plus)

- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/inventory management systems

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
