JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Min Experience: 1 year working in the kitchen assisting chefs in basic veg preps and/or plating responsibilities.
- Understand kitchen orders and works efficiently with team members
- A good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
- Able to work under pressure and a team player in the performance of cooking procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with team member and Chef
