Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full recruitment process cycle which include preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
- To prepare all relevant documents including but not limited to salary benchmark proposal, Letter of Appointment and compiling candidates’ documentation.
- Regularly provide guidance and assistance to job applicants in the navigation of the job application, selection, interview and onboarding process.
- To develop, manage and monitor recruitment advertising platforms such as online searching, connection with University/Career Fair/any others best strategies.
- Identify candidates by leveraging on a variety of recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals.
- To compile, update and file new joiners' records.
- To execute and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
- Do regular communication with HOD and user department on recruitment progress.
- Assist in any tasks and/or projects as and when needed and assigned.
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Recruiter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work with tight deadlines and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience in overall HR operations will be an added advantage
- Able to start working immediately would be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
