Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Management

  • Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of the development projects, ensuring timely execution and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to drive project sales and meet company targets.

Sales Team Management

  • Manage the recruitment, training, guidance, and operations of the sales team to ensure efficient performance.
  • Regularly assess team performance, provide feedback, and offer support to ensure team targets are met.

Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the project’s competitiveness in the market.
  • Develop appropriate pricing strategies and adjust sales plans based on market feedback to meet sales goals.

Client Relationship Management & Promotion

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the company’s brand image.
  • Organize and implement promotional activities such as advertising, public relations, and event planning.

Sales Reporting & Progress Tracking

  • Regularly report sales progress and team performance to management.
  • Analyze sales data and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities, providing optimization suggestions.

Sales Team Management

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the sales team to ensure effective operation.
  • Regularly evaluate team members’ performance, provide feedback, and offer support to ensure team targets are met.

Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand market demand and competition.
  • Develop and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitors’ pricing, ensuring products are competitively priced and align with market demand.
  • Optimize pricing to ensure sales goals are met and ensure the project’s competitiveness in the market.

Client Relationship Management

  • Communicate and follow up with potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and enhance customer loyalty.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
