Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for Facility Coordinator cum Project Admin to join our growing team.

Job Description
Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities as Facility Coordinator cum Project Admin will include but not limited to:
- Assist in managing office and retail facilities, including general maintenance, servicing schedules, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and maintenance contracts.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and coordinate rectification works with vendors.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities.
- Maintain proper documentation for facility inspections, repairs, and compliance requirements.
Project Admin and Procurement Support:
- Assist project team in preparing procurement documents, including RFQs, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor registration.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, samples, and follow-ups on deliveries or site requirements.
- Maintain and update procurement tracking sheets and project documentation.
- Assist with project documentation filing, submission preparation, and coordination tasks.
- Provide support in invoice checking and documentation for finance submission.
General Administration:
- Prepare basic reports, minutes, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document flow and communication.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and support tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Requirement:
Candidate must have the following requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in facilities coordination or project administration.
- Working experience in a construction or interior fit-out company will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and project workflows.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and communicate well across departments and vendors.
