We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Associate to join our HR team. As a Senior HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR administration. You will be expected to apply your expertise to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and helping resolve workplace issues. Assist in managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.

  • HR Administration:

Administer HR processes, including employee records, benefits administration, time-off management, and employment verification. Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies.Assist in the coordination of performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions. Support employees and managers in setting clear expectations and driving a culture of continuous feedback and development.Assist in ensuring the organization’s HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations. Prepare reports and HR metrics to track key performance indicators such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement.Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs. Help identify areas for employee growth and contribute to the creation of a learning and development strategy.Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives that align with the company’s goals, including diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.

Experience & Skills:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Employment Acts and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented, ability to work independently, enjoy interfacing with other staff at all levels
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in recruitment company is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
