
TRAINING EXECUTIVE
1. Assist in the creation and maintenance of training tools provided to the outlet team, such as SOPs, Operations Manuals, and SOP videos.
2. Ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date information and knowledge to the outlet team.
3. Help review training effectiveness, follow up on training outcomes, and conduct post-mortems to improve training process flow and methodology.
4. Work with team members to identify training requirements and learning opportunities across various departments.
5. Conduct on-the-job training, assessments, area training, and practical training in outlets.
6. Submit monthly training report and training schedule (1 month ahead) to department manager.
7. To have a training record of all trained staffs and to review periodically on their capabilities and skills for ongoing refresher training.
8. Maintain training records, tracking attendance and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
9. Develop and update training materials, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. This is achieved by creating instructional manuals, mini tests, onboarding materials, and other pertinent documentation.
10. Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
11. Responsible for day-to-day training and development (T&D) matters i.e. training registration, payment, record keeping, Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training grant application and submission.
12. Perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior / management as well from the holding company in Japan from time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
