Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs and provide actionable insights.
- Gather, analyze date and conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency, including exploring and proposing best-fit solutions.
- Document business requirements and processes clearly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for projects and improvements initiatives.
- Conduct requirements analysis & translating user requirements into functional specification and documentation.
- Implement best practices for process and documentation governance.
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Monitor, analyze and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- Assist in project management and coordinate with various teams.
- Closely liaise with system vendors, internal teams and assist in the development of new capabilities.
- Support applications or solutions testing including developing test scenarios for UAT and executing the tests.
- Track key metrics to access the success of the solution post-development.
- Facilitate change management activities such as stakeholder communication, coordination, briefings and user trainings.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must at least possess Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Experienced in Information technology, software design and development, process design, process improvements.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task, possess pleasant disposition , well organized and excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
- Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage.
