Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Gather, analyze date and conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvements.
  • Identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency, including exploring and proposing best-fit solutions.
  • Document business requirements and processes clearly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for projects and improvements initiatives.
  • Conduct requirements analysis & translating user requirements into functional specification and documentation.
  • Implement best practices for process and documentation governance.
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
  • Assist in project management and coordinate with various teams.
  • Closely liaise with system vendors, internal teams and assist in the development of new capabilities.
  • Support applications or solutions testing including developing test scenarios for UAT and executing the tests.
  • Track key metrics to access the success of the solution post-development.
  • Facilitate change management activities such as stakeholder communication, coordination, briefings and user trainings.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must at least possess Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Experienced in Information technology, software design and development, process design, process improvements.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task, possess pleasant disposition , well organized and excellent in time management with good follow-up skills.
  • Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
