Key Responsibilities
- To assist and support in processing Partnership (bancassurance and other partners) submission documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, issuance and post sales servicing.
- Provide prompt support to Partnership sales team, relevant stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as policy management, customer service, operations, product, claims, etc to facilitate seamless partnership sales operations.
- Manage and maintain the sales system and platform used for banassurance and other partners.
- To ensure the quality and functionality of the system by conducting various tests, including designing and executing test plans. Identifying, reporting defects and resolving issues.
- Manage and maintain relevant records and reports. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Preferably candidate with 1 to 2 years of working experience in bancassurance sales support or system support field.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
