  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're hiring: Sales Associate (Jewellery/Luxury Retail)

Location: Pavilion Bukit Bintang and other locations in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang
Salary: RM2000 + commission + incentive (fresh graduate)
and up to RM3000 + commission + incentive (experience in retail sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by superiors.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience in our retail stores.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and suggest gift ideas for any occasion.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulations for customers.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Process sales quotations, orders, deliveries, and handle inventory-related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree is an added advantage
  • Candidates with minimum 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates interested in building a career in retail are encouraged to apply
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficiency in English OR Mandarin (to communicate with tourists)
  • Friendly and cheerful
  • Strong passion for sales-related roles
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
