
SALES MANAGER, RAWANG
- Responsible to carry out the appropriate marketing and sales strategy for new market
development, achieve sales target and to identify sales viability for new products
development and marketing.
- To build and lead a team of sales executives section for the long term market
development & penetration.
- To guide, coach, monitor & motivate the Team members to achieve the following
objectives:-
o Achievement of monthly Sales target.
o Optimization of profit margin.
o Timely collection of outstanding receivables.
o Timely disposal of aging inventory.
- To be sensitive on market information and promptly feedback to management with
recommendation of immediate actions.
- To cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship & proactive in identifying opportunities and
recommend actions to the management.
- Responsible for total inventory control with minimize of slow moving finish goods, WIP
and mother coils.
- To propose & execute monthly’s sales forecast, yearly sales budget and MBO.
- To embrace the spirit of entrepreneurship and be proactive in identifying opportunities
and recommend actions to the management.
- To submit sales report and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
