  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

IT Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Provide first-line technical support to staff for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software applications.
  • Support basic hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners).
  • Support users in using in-house systems like ERP or any industry-specific tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors for software support or troubleshooting if needed.
  • Assist with configuring and troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.
  • Manage permissions and access rights to shared folders, drives, or applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply)
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, technical helpdesk, or system/user support roles
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or HRMS platforms
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
  • Customer-service orientation and patience when dealing with users.
