  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To support our growing customer base, we are looking for a Service Technician who is passionate about technology, service excellence, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of advanced lab equipment (e.g., microscopes, spectroscopy systems, imaging analyzers, x-ray).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely to minimize customer downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and peak performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Document quotation, service activities, prepare detailed service reports, and maintain service records.
  • Work closely with sales, application, and technical support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,750.00 per month
