Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily stock balance report
- Prepare SOP report for bi-weekly meeting and also month end
- Monthly ordering based on AMS/Forecast and do goods receiving
- Pull report for monthly sales and draft the forecast for approval
- Maintain master costing file
- Generate a list of nearly expired goods and inform sales team
- Forecast foreign currencies needed for the next 3 months
- Liaise with forwarding agent and hauler for importation, exportation and transportation.
- Do allocation for branches and ensure they pick up the stocks on time
- Negotiating the price and terms with suppliers
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably specializing in Procurement position.
- Good in computer literacy skills and well familiar with MS Office & Excel.
- Result-oriented, attention to detail, systematic, responsible, sense of ownership, and high ability to work under pressure in fast changing working environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, a good understanding of strategic procurement and the ability to maintain vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership skills, including motivation and empowerment of team members.
