  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Possess good understanding of Supply Chain Finance products and guide the team for any requirement clarification or queries on SCF products
  • Responsible for creating swim lane diagrams, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
  • Coordinate across functions to produce better business outcomes.
  • Responsible for testing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner on roadmap planning and prioritization and ensure the user stories are finalized accordingly
  • Perform thorough impact assessment of new requirements on existing functionalities or clients and highlight to the product team at appropriate time
  • Ensure timely engagement of Architect / Lead Engineer to validate the solution (UI Design, solution within user story, SQL queries) is scalable / no performance bottlenecks
  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and post-implementation support.
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.

Skills

  • Degree/Master’s in computer science, Business IT or other equivalent would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Finance, General global banking and trade finance products would be a plus
  • Action Oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, energy and enthusiasm

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
