  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Business Analyst

Department: IT Services
Reports To: Senior Manager – IT Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in tendering processes and pre-sales meetings with business units.
  • Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs, pain points, and operational challenges.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from both customers and internal users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss SOP/EDI workflows and optimize processes.
  • Define and manage project implementation plans.
  • Analyze and model business processes and technical systems for integrated logistics solutions.
  • Prepare detailed requirement specifications and liaise with system architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct system integration testing in collaboration with developers.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with operational teams and clients.
  • Deliver end-user training as needed.
  • Provide post-implementation support to users and troubleshoot any issues.

RequirementsEducational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business application development, technical analysis, or business analysis.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Junior Business Analyst role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with .NET or C# is an advantage.
