Customer Service Excellence:

  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.

Housekeeping:

  • Ensure the sales floor and other areas are kept clean and organised throughout the day.
  • Regularly clean and tidy display areas, shelves, and promotional stands.
  • Dispose of waste and manage cleanliness according to company standards.
  • Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and sales performance.

Training and Development:

  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Share best practices and support colleagues in achieving departmental goals.
