  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Oriental Kopi Mid Valley Southkey! If you love meeting people, have a passion for local delights, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, this is the job for you!

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our merchandise including our signature kopi, pineapple tarts (tart nenas), pan mee, and other retail items.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Promote and sell merchandise such as kopi, tart nenas, pan mee, and other gift items
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system
  • Restock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure the retail area is clean and tidy
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock counts
  • Support team members during peak hours and assist in other retail-related duties as required

Requirements:

  • SPM or equivalent; experience in retail/F&B is an added advantage
  • Friendly personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about local food culture and customer service
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic knowledge of handling POS system and cash transactions
  • Team player and proactive attitude
