Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms such as Indeed, MyFutureJobs, and Facebook.
  • Review resumes and help coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
  • Support the preparation of onboarding documents and participate in new employee orientation sessions.
  • Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for all new hires.

General Administrative Support

  • Handle HR-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meeting arrangements.
  • Draft memos, letters, and other necessary documents as required by the HR department.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events, programs, and staff activities.

Training & Development

  • Support the HR team in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
  • Track employee training records, certifications, and compliance with relevant requirements.

Payroll

  • Assist in the weekly preparation of payroll by collecting and verifying staff attendance and leave records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.

Additional Administrative Tasks

  • Manage documentation and administrative tasks for subsidiary companies.
  • Oversee the operations of company-managed Airbnb units, including handling bookings, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Project Handling

  • Monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
  • Prepare documentation, updates, and reports related to ongoing and completed projects.

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience as Human Resource
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible with high level of initiative and the ability to follow through
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Multitasking, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
