  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chemist in planning and executing laboratory tests according to test procedures.
  • Conduct chemical experiments under the guidance of a Chemist or Quality Control Manager.
  • Document test procedures & results and report the same to the Chemist or Quality Control Manager for analysis.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures for chemical tests.
  • Maintain the laboratory clean, safe and organised.
  • Support developing project plans, scope, schedules and budgets for chemical projects.
  • Communicate project status to the Supervisor regularly.
  • Set up laboratory equipment, materials and supplies ready before conducting chemical experiments.
  • Coordinate, plan, and perform daily laboratory functions.
  • Analyse root causes for problems and suggest corrective actions.
  • Assist the Quality Control Manager in establishing ISO procedures and good lab practices.
  • Develop or revise the test analytical methods to ensure quality, productivity and consistency.
  • Report equipment repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or other relevant qualifications.
  • Required skills: Basic computer operations, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work on a 24-hour shift rotation.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be able to work in Pulau Indah.
  • Candidates staying in Pulau Indah and Klang will have an added advantage.
  • Only candidates staying in Selangor are encouraged to apply; outstation candidates will not be accepted.
