Oversee, approve, and coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, and repair works for all dental imaging systems (2D/3D X-rays, CBCT, intraoral units).
Monitor and ensure timely execution of all service requests and corrective actions.
Assign roles and responsibilities clearly to team member.
Liaise with customers to ensure high satisfaction with installations and post-sales service.
Review and validate technical reports, service logs, and quality documentation.
Provide technical input during product evaluations, site planning, and customer onboarding.
Support internal product training and demonstrations when necessary
Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of experience in technical service or field support, ideally in medical/dental devices.
Hands-on experience with installation and servicing of imaging equipment preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia for on-site support.
