Functional Consultant (ERP)

JOB DETAILS Project Implementation and Product Management • To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to completion, post-implementation support, and documentation to the clients. • Managing content development. • Performing financial analyses. • To guide juniors and involve in mapping requirements with the software application. • Document business processes and conducting product training for client users and facilitate user testing. Helpdesk Support • Providing support and resolved clients’ queries and problem. • Supporting business development activities. Pre-sales • To provide professional consulting services to the clients on Company’s products and services. General • Managing and guiding juniors. • Teamwork – to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members. • To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary. • To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management. REQUIREMENTS • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • At least 3 years of working experience in a related field. • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Previous experience in ERP implementation and configuration • • Willing to travel across Malaysia depending on project requirements. • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities to be able to advise on business workflow/automation. • Excellent project and time management skills.
