  • To follow the operating procedures of customer service and actively serve customers to ensure that the company can maintain a good relationship with customers
  • Solve customer inquiries & complaints and provide service in professional way through various channels (Email, social media) and provide the best solution
  • Clearly understand customer needs and reflect to management
  • Work together as a team to achieve timely turnaround time and quality replies to every customer
  • Improve customer satisfaction and delivery an amazing shopping experience, and promote the company's latest activities to our customers by going above and beyond their inquiries, feedback, and needs
  • Involve in backend live session to provide real-time reply to customers’ questions and assist Live Streamer
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management from time to time
  • Able to read and typing Mandarin to reply Mandarin reading customers
  • Can accept working on weekend (5 working days a week, rotational shift)
  • Can accept working on night shift (2pm to 11pm, rotational shift)
  • No experience needed, training will be provided
  • Fresh graduates are welcome too
  • Show patience, enthusiasm, respect and attention to customers
  • Have self-disciplined, positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Exercise customer-centric and professional treatment of every customer
  • Familiar with basic Microsoft Excel, E-mail, Google Drive, Facebook Messenger, etc.
