• Maintaining a live, up-to-date, accurate, employee database for employees across both sites; • Management of employee welfare, medical surveillance and facilities including permit renewals and update of employees’ annual leave, medical leave, medical surveillance report on monthly basis; • Management of employee performance and appraisal reviews along with staff training & development (quarterly); • Assisting with the recruitment and integration of new production employees; • To maintain accurate records of incidents and inspection findings that shall be reviewed in taking strategic Company safety decisions. • Management of GMP compliance & housekeeping in all areas (toilets, office, production, store, pantry and factory compound) and audits to ensure the housekeeping procedures are followed within our premises at all times; • Managing Company Security by ensuring the Company Security Procedure & Standard are followed at all times; • Ensuring all employees are trained and strictly adhere to health & safety procedures and guidelines at all times. • Attend to all incoming and outgoing official telephone calls, visitors, receive mails, documents and handle courier services; • Management of Office Administration (supplies, facilities, meetings and appointment management) including booking of meeting room for appointments and meetings, and to be responsible in organizing all internal meetings; • To play an active role in ensuring all company standards in term of quality, food safety, employee welfare, training, development, health & safety and hygiene are regularly reviewed, updated and adhered to by actively participating in all audits, review meetings and improvement initiatives; • To comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations and take all necessary precautions to ensure product safety and quality is never compromised in the course of carrying out all your duties and tasks; • Analysing processes and implementing measures which will effect continuous improvements to efficiencies and product quality, in accordance with Company’s Quality & Food Safety Policy as well as our Manufacturing Philosophy; and • Carrying out all other related tasks as may be required or assigned by your Manager.
