We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pub Manager to oversee daily operations at Sid’s Pub, a well-established English-style pub known for its warm hospitality, great food, and classic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, passionate about customer service, and capable of leading a team to deliver an exceptional pub experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain excellent customer service and team morale. Handle inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier coordination. Monitor and maintain quality control for food and beverages served. Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards. Prepare and manage budgets, track sales and expenses, and report on financial performance. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and events to drive footfall and customer engagement. Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally. Liaise with head office on operational updates, HR, payroll, and compliance. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of POS systems and basic accounting. Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. Previous experience in a pub, bar, or casual dining environment.
