The main role of a Receptionist is to deliver and assure the best experience to all walk-in customers. The person is also responsible to work with Outlet Manager and actively collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure daily operations are run smoothly in compliance with company policy and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver best customer experience

  • Deliver best experience for walk-in prospects and customers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively share experience and feedback with the Receptionist Manager on areas that will improve customer journey and experience.

Handle customers' enquiries and requests

  • Handle simple service enquiries from walk-in prospects by offering consultation based on appointment availability and assist with sign-up based on prospect's preference.
  • Ensure walk-in prospects' information is captured for future follow-up.
  • Assist prospects and customers with appointment booking which may also includes sending reminders and follow-ups for subsequent treatments.
  • Assist and ensure registration of prospects / customers' details in system.

Provide sales administrative support

  • Support Outlet Manager with sales administrative tasks such as consultation allocation based on defined criteria.
  • Assist with assignment to perform follow-up calls with existing customers.
  • Support Outlet Manager with staff shift arrangement, roster publishing and updating in line with predefined guidelines.
  • Ensure outlet appointments are optimized based on actual appointments booked and duration of treatments.

Assist with overall outlet operation

  • Responsible for opening the outlet based on defined operating hours. Ensure the entire outlet is hygienically maintained with strict adherence to the latest health requirements and pre-defined standard.
  • Responsible for outlet closing which includes assist with sanitization, housekeeping of receptionist counter, clearing of any waste and devices are in good condition for following day operation.
  • Ensure store front, digital content and merchandising are updated and well displayed according to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure timely inventory management which includes accurate inventory taking, replenishment and management according to shelf life.
  • Assist with simple housekeeping such as sanitization of lockers, washroom and the outlet, clearing any water bottles and cups, pantry upkeep.
  • Proactively and regularly share information with the Receptionist / Outlet Manager on areas that will improve store operation efficiency.

If you have

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry such as hotel, retail, food & beverage, customer service roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and BM, preferably in Mandarin too.
  • Strong passion and drive for customer satisfaction.
  • Curiosity to learn and to take on additional responsibilities
