JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Will Do:
  • Assist in preparing and submitting data reports to regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and record-keeping
  • Verify and cross-check compliance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the team in reviewing license-related documents for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Help maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and regulatory correspondences.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance checks as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for compliance submissions.
  • Provide general support for other compliance-related projects and tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify and cross-check documents for accuracy.
  • Organised and proactive, with good administrative and document management skills, and time-management.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and willingness to learn about licensing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
