Since 2021, our Kuala Lumpur-based GBSC APAC HR team has been the central point of HR support for our Asia Pacific colleagues, ensuring efficient delivery of key HR services. We're a dynamic, cross-cultural, and young community dedicated to fostering a positive employee journey through well-defined structures, and we continuously look for ways to improve and harmonize our processes. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Throughout your internship journey with the team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure and experience on:
(A) Employee Data Management:
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in HR information systems (HRIS).
Support data entry and verification tasks.
Assist in the preparation of letters.
(B) Administrative Support:
Assist with document preparation and organization (E.g. Knowledge base and Job Aids clean up activities.)
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications (E.g. Newsletter).
Help create and update knowledge base articles.
(C) Process Improvement:
Assist in identifying and documenting process improvements.
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing HR service delivery.
Help with audits of HR data.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or a related field.
Possess interest and passion to learn about HR operations.
Demonstrate strong English communication skills. Additional language eg: Japanese/Korean/Thai/Vietnamese will be a plus
Can commit to at least a 12-week internship (6 months preferred).
Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Can handle confidential information responsibly.
