- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, records, and reports.
- Handle general office correspondence and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in preparing and managing company budgets and expenses.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support team members with any administrative needs.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Required at least SPM qualification or diploma or equivalent.

- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
