岗位目的
Position Objective
协助公司开办初期的行政、证照办理、装修进度跟进及相关支持性工作,确保公司筹建相关事务顺利推进。
Assist in the company’s start-up phase with administrative tasks, license applications, renovation progress tracking, and related support work to ensure smooth company establishment.
主要工作职责
Main Responsibilities
1. 公司相关证照办理
1. Company License and Certificate Processing
协助公司完成营业执照注册、变更及相关政府备案手续;
Assist in registering, amending, and filing the company’s business license and relevant government records.
协助办理原产地证、税务登记等外贸及经营所需证件;
Assist in applying for certificates of origin, tax registration, and other documents required for foreign trade and business operations.
跟进相关证照申请进度,整理、归档各类证照资料。
Track the progress of license applications, organize and archive various certificate documents.
2. 装修进度跟进与协调
2. Renovation Progress Tracking and Coordination
跟进车间及办公室装修进度,定期向上级汇报进展情况;
Monitor the progress of workshop and office renovations, and regularly report updates to supervisors.
协助与装修公司、供应商、物业等相关方的沟通与协调;
Assist in communication and coordination with renovation companies, suppliers, and property management.
协助验收装修工程,整理相关验收资料。
Assist in the acceptance inspection of renovation works and organize related documentation.
3. 进口设备报关协助
3. Assistance with Import Equipment Customs Clearance
协助准备进口设备报关所需的各类资料(如合同、发票、装箱单等);
Assist in preparing documents for equipment import customs clearance (e.g., contracts, invoices, packing lists).
跟进设备到港、清关及物流进度,与报关公司、货代等相关方保持沟通;
Follow up on equipment arrival, customs clearance, and logistics progress; maintain communication with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
整理、归档进口设备报关相关文件。
Organize and archive documents related to equipment import customs clearance.
4. 日常行政支持
4. Daily Administrative Support
协助公司日常行政事务,包括文件收发、资料整理、档案管理等;
Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document delivery, data organization, and file management.
协助上级完成其他临时交办的任务。
Assist supervisors with other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
任职资格
Qualifications
大专及以上学历,行政管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先;
College degree or above, preferably in Administration, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields.
有行政助理、文员、办公室工作经验者优先;
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, clerk, or office worker is preferred.
英语或马来语具备良好沟通能力者优先;
Good communication skills in English or Malay are preferred.
工作细致认真,有较强的责任心和执行力;
Careful and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and execution.
熟练使用Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT等)。
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

能适应阶段性加班,具备良好的沟通协调能力;
Able to work overtime when necessary; strong communication and coordination skills.
