- 与内部团队协调,确保礼品项目顺利生产并准时交货。
- 作为客户主要联络人,负责提供项目进度更新并处理客户询问。
- 在销售过程中,准确记录成本、资料及各项审批文件。
- 监控送货状态,确保所有产品符合客户要求。
- 配合销售团队,协助执行促销活动及提升客户满意度。
Job Description
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and job sheets for client orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.
- Act as the main contact point for clients, handling updates and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate costing, records, and approvals throughout the sales process.
- Monitor delivery status to ensure all items meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support campaigns, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Age 20 - 40 years old
- Diploma and above are encouraged to apply
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
