  • 作为客户主要联络人,负责提供项目进度更新并处理客户询问。
  • 在销售过程中,准确记录成本、资料及各项审批文件。
  • 监控送货状态,确保所有产品符合客户要求。
  • 配合销售团队,协助执行促销活动及提升客户满意度。

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and job sheets for client orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.
  • Act as the main contact point for clients, handling updates and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate costing, records, and approvals throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor delivery status to ensure all items meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support campaigns, promotions, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Age 20 - 40 years old
  • Diploma and above are encouraged to apply
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
