POSITION: ADMINISTRATION CUM HR i) Administrative Duties: • Perform general office administration including filing, data entry, document control, and managing office supplies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting company events. ii) Human Resource Duties: • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews. • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. • Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). • Handle leave applications, attendance records, and employee welfare matters. • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong interest in admin/HR may be considered). • Familiar with Malaysian employment regulations and statutory requirements. • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
