Senior HR Executive

Job Description: 1.) Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations. 2.) Developing and Implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices. 3.) Serving as a strategic partner to the management team, providing HR expertise and counsel. 4.) Coordinating employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities. 5.) Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulation. 6.) Promoting a positive, inclusive and collaborative work culture. 7.) Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns. 8.) Manage all aspects related to foreign workers, including foreign worker's working permit, passport renewal and other related process. 9.) Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
