  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Ensure ITOT activities are being carried out or executed in a timely manner and address any issues promptly in order to meet the appropriate SLA with the respective stakeholders.
  • Provide first-level support in IT/OT operations for software with the goal of minimal disruptions to production which will ensure the proper SLA is being met.
  • Perform system administration for IT/OT software to improve performance and reliability that will contribute to the overall uptime of the system.
  • Ensure Cybersecurity controls such as security patches/service packs are properly implemented in ITOT software in order to reduce the risk of cyber threats to ensure no reputational risks to the Bank.
  • Collaborate with CSD to ensure proper governance is being followed in the area of ITOT software security to improve the overall cybersecurity posture of the Bank.
  • Develop mitigation controls document for ITOT software/system obsolescence to ensure compliance with the relevant guidelines with the main purpose of minimizing risks exposure for the Bank.
  • Keep abreast with latest development and technology related to ITOT software/system to ensure the bank interest in competitiveness and also to gain any benefits from the new technology such as the improvement or reduction of vulnerabilities on the software/system.
  • Perform and conduct assessments on ITOT software/system that requires any tech refresh to ensure it meets the bank risk appetite in terms of using outdated software and ensure operational relevancy.
    • Academic Qualifications: Degree or professional qualification in IT.
    • Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in IT/OT software / application integration, IT/OT infrastructure assets and platform technologies administration and support. Working experience in web services, middleware, application server platforms, virtualisation or cloud technology.
