Job Responsibilities: 1. Learn skills for gas system, engineering layout, drawings, materials and etc. 2. Repair and maintenance 3. Understanding Equipment account, including equipment specifications, models, drawings, etc. 4. Helping with Equipment procurement, delivery schedule, acceptance check, installation and testing. 5. Learn and adapt to the introduction of new technologies, new equipment, upgrading of existing technologies, and the completion of process upgrades according to market and customer needs. 6. Produce sellable products following SOPs as required by management/production orders. 7. Assist the production and sales department to determine the specification details of new products. 8. Learn all SOPs of trail products, and related record forms, risk assessments, etc. 9. Meet production plan according to the sales order of trail production as directed by Management. 10. Assist to identify and provide solutions to problems related to the production process of trail production: such as safety hazards and quality and efficiency issues. 11. Learn and adhere to Safety education, assessment and training of the trail production project team. 12. Responsible for the rectification plan of the trail production (including rectification plan, completion time, etc.) 13. Ensure adherence to Spectrum Materials Quality System, ISO and/or other standards. 14. Adhere to all safety procedures including wearing all required protective equipment. 15. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep the work area clean of debris and follow 6S housekeeping. 16. Cooperate with other peers and staff and work effectively between process departments and other related departments. 17. Learn and be proficient in current job posting and be able to train others on your job as well as learn the other production jobs as directed by Management. 18. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
