ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES: The Executive - Credit Management & Sales Administration will be based in either Kuching, Bintulu or Miri in Sarawak, Malaysia. This position will ensuring effective credit control processes, sales & leasing administration (including billings and collections administration and sales documentations processing) across the Group’s core business operations focusing mainly property sales, retail and commercial leasing businesses. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are not exclusive, and certain items require effective delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled. - Assist in overseeing credit management and control functions for property sales, retail and commercial leasing businesses. - Assist in oversee, lead and manage all billings and collection administration matters for property sales, retail and commercial leasing businesses, supported by a group of delegated billings and collection team from each region. This also includes managing the preparation, execution and administration of key sales documentations such as sales and purchase agreements, tenancy and renewal agreements upon receiving the confirmed booking for property sales from the sales department or confirmed acceptance of lease letter for leasing from the leasing department. - Assist in implementing and monitoring effective debt recovery strategies to improve collection performance. - Assist in managing credit risk by developing sound policies and procedures that align with the company’s financial objectives to improve the current sales, billings and collections process for the core businesses. - Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Property Sales, and Leasing teams, to maintain a unified approach to credit and sales operations. - Assist in ensuring compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. To perform any other duties as directed by your immediate superior and the Management of NAIM Group from time to time. JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Academic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Professional Experiences: - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or sales administration. - Experience in handling customer accounts, invoicing, and payment collection is an added advantage. - Prior exposure to working with sales teams and understanding sales order processes is preferred. Other Requirements: - Strong knowledge of credit management principles and sales administrative procedures. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.). - Basic understanding of financial reports.
