Job Title: Senior Executive Event & Sponsorship (Hybrid) Location: (HQ & Site as required) Start Date: By end of June 2025 Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Event & Sponsorship Senior Executive to manage all incoming event-related requests and liaise with event agencies to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves actively pursuing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to create additional revenue streams. The ideal candidate has strong industry networks, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset. Responsibilities: Event Management 1. Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries. 2. Coordinate with external event organizers, vendors, and agencies to fulfill event requirements. 3. Ensure smooth planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events. 4. Monitor event timelines, logistics, and deliverables. 5. Ensure all events meet brand standards and provide a high-quality visitor experience. 5. Conduct on-site event supervision and provide real-time problem-solving support. Sponsorship & Exhibitions 1. Identify, approach, and secure potential sponsorships and brand collaborations. 2. Propose and pitch exhibition opportunities to relevant companies and organizations. 3. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and exhibitors. 4. Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to potential partners. 5. Track sponsorship performance and ensure deliverables are met. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships into broader marketing initiatives. Administration & Reporting 1. Maintain accurate records of event and sponsorship details, agreements, and budgets. 2. Prepare post-event and sponsorship reports, including feedback, ROI, and improvement areas. 3. Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager on progress and achievements. 4. Assist in developing presentation decks and proposals for clients or internal stakeholders. Requirements: 1. 3–5 years of experience in event management, sponsorship, or partnership roles. 2. Strong network within the events industry, including EO companies, vendors, and brands. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 5. Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 7. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving revenue or partnership goals. 8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 9. Willing to work flexible hours and travel to event sites when required. 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic presentation tools.
