ACCOUNTANT

Job scope: • Manage full set of accounts for the companies, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashflow and finalization of the Monthly Management Report. • Experience in handling Inventory (adjustments for daily , monthly end and yearend ) • Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts, management reports and financial analysis within deadlines. • Preparation and filing of annual financial statements, tax ,CP204 and quarterly GST returns • Analyse revenue and expenditure trend and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control. • Assist with financial and cash flow projection. • Liaising with internal and external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and government authorities. • Ensure compliance with accounting and finance standards, best practices and government regulations. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management • Well versed in Singapore accounting standards Requirements: • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing mainly for F&B manufacturing industry • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge in QuickBooks/Autocount will be an advantage • Good communication skills to liaise with associates government authorities. • A dynamic team player with a strong sense of work commitment Benefits • Location: Gelang Patah • Work-Life Balance • Yearly appraisals salary adjustment（Based on performance) • Medical Insurance Benefits
