The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources functions, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment processes, implementing Human Resources policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resources (HR) support to all the departments within BWFW Medic Sdn Bhd.
  • Contribute to the overall performance of HR by ensuring placement of right people in key roles through progressive identification and implementation of management and development programmes, career development and succession programmes for all levels of employees towards achieving the Company’s objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and job grades review.
  • Ensure effective procedures of recruitment at all levels of employees, organizational development initiatives, career development (including recruitment of graduate trainees), high performing culture (HPC) and change management, team building, continuous training and development activities for all staff within the Company.
  • Provide recommendation and solutions to the Management on the appropriate course of action with regards to Industrial Relations and management of employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 10 years working experience as Manager in HR functions.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus.
  • This position is contractual basis (renewal subject to performance).
