Job Scope – Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

- Answer and make phone calls (no sales involved)

- Help customers solve simple questions or issues

Requirements / 职位要求
- Able to speak and read Mandarin to support China/SG market
能说和阅读中文
- Basic English required (for training and system)

- Minimum qualification: SPM
最低学历:SPM
- Must be 18 years old or above

- Willing to work on shift rotation (5 working days, 2 off days)
能接受轮班制(5天工作,2天休息)
- Able to work onsite at Ara Damansara, PJ

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
