Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in SAP to join our team. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with general administrative support. The contract length is 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using SAP (e.g., journal entries, AP/AR, GL reconciliation).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Administrative Support:
- Handle basic office administration such as booking hotel, check staff claim and others.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working with SAP system
- Candidate with e-invoicing knowledge is added advantage
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
