Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Management Executive to join our dynamic team in the renovation industry. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating renovation projects, including scheduling, communication with contractors, and tracking project timelines. 4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation, including contracts, project updates, and client feedback. 5. Reporting: Assist in generating reports on client activity, project status, and performance metrics for internal review. 6. Customer Support: Handle client concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution. 7. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for improving client services. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. * A passion for the renovation industry and a desire to learn and grow in client management.
