Performance Marketing Operations / Influencer Marketing Intern

We are looking for the passionate and creative individuals to join our dynamic team as a Performance Marketing Operations / Influencer Marketing Intern. In these roles, you will manage and monitor our social media platforms, stay on top of the latest trends, contribute innovative campaign ideas, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Operations Intern

• Set up and launch performance marketing campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Manage campaign configurations including audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative asset integration.
• Monitor campaign performance and perform routine optimizations.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups and results.
Stay updated on platform features, ad policies, and best practices.

Influencer Marketing Coordinator

• Manage influencer seeding campaigns by coordinating product shipments and tracking engagement.
• Support administration of UGC creator platforms, ensuring timely content submission.
• Maintain detailed records of influencer interactions and campaign progress.
• Assist in identifying potential influencers and creators for seeding campaigns.
• Liaise with influencers and creators to resolve queries and facilitate collaboration.
• Provide regular updates and reports on influencer and UGC campaign status.
• Stay informed about influencer marketing trends and platform tools to suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Have a related educational background or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
• Have good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Have good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills to drive tasks to completion.
• Passionate, creative and fun.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Office and Excel.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively within the team and with external partners.
