We are looking for talents who experienced with strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of operational processes and Knowledge in Oilfield services and Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo in the project industry.
The role require to execute the below tasks and initiative:
- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
- Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty
- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key Corporate Customers
- Provide specific advice/information on respective industrial projects (PRJ) to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
- Fine tune and implement overall business development, sales and marketing strategies and directives on respective PRJ
- Participate in Tender launch meetings
- Support bid/tender owners by liaising directly with customers during RFQ/RFP briefings, Q&A sessions before bid launch and follow-up after bid submission
- Tender submission to customers on behalf of bid owners (e-submission, email, online uploading, etc)
- Provide business development, marketing & sales advice / information /intelligence to management team to facilitate business performance review & evaluation report
- Develop proposal / quotations and identify associated risks involved in the potential engagement of the company’s regional management for review and input
- Work with the MNC/BD and M&S department of these countries to secure country, regional and/or global contracts from targeted customers RFQs/RFPs
- Maintain good relationship with overseas working partners to explore more push & pull business opportunities
- Ensure effective pricing strategies are developed to sustain profitable growth.
- Responsible for achieving Marketing & Sales business targets and KPIs
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Degree or equivalent with major/s in Shipping/transportation or business management (minimum).
- 8-10 years in related field ~ shipping/logistics/ocean freight forwarding with at least 4-5 years in managerial/supervisory level
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
