Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time use.
  • Communication Support: Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages), filter and prioritize correspondence, and draft responses where appropriate.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and ground transportation.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for meetings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle expense reports, document filing, office supplies, and other administrative duties.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, reports, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Task Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure progress and deadlines are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
