Keywords: • Website; social media platforms, Event Managements, Corporate Communication; Influencer; Followers; Engagement Position Description: • The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible to implement our B2B digital marketing strategy and communications plan through various digital and physical channels (e.g. website, social media, exhibitions, industry events etc) • The objectives would be to drive brand awareness, in-bound lead generation, content development and positioning the company as a trusted API partner • The ideal candidate should also be comfortable in collaborating with other functional teams e.g. commercial, production, quality in planning and executing this marketing strategy. Key responsibilities: Generation and Maintenance of Marketing Collateral: Maintenance of a range of marketing collateral material including but not limited to Presentations, Technical A & Thought Leadership which articulates the value proposition and aligned with the target customer segments. Market Communication Channel- Media Support the media communication strategy, including owned (Website, LinkedIn, other social media), earned (interviews, references to White Papers) and paid (advertising) media, aligned with the target market segments. Market Communication Channels- Tradeshows (Events) End to end managing the Tradeshow (Events) Communication plan, aligned with the target market segments and branding. Website maintenance and SEO Maintain and enhance the company’s website to showcase its services and capabilities Improve search engine rankings for key industry terms Analytics and Reporting Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across all channels and other platforms e.g. CRM. Provide regular reports on key metrics to measure engagement Utilise data driven insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and better align marketing with sales goals. Cross Functional Insights To maintain healthy relationship across different teams to gather important information on new development which can be highlighted in communication. Job Qualifications: Marketing: 2+ years of working experience in marketing, including B2B setup. Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, within technical or marketing discipline is must Certificate in google analytics is an add-on. Competencies & Related Characteristics: Competencies: Customer Centricity Collaborating and Influencing Result Orientation includes proactivity, persistence & resilience to rapidly solve problems, conclude and act Outgoing and extrovert personality Creative & Innovative Experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B sector, with a focus on content creation, email marketing, website management, or LinkedIn marketing. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and good level of understanding and experienced in SEM.
