About the role
As a skilled and experienced trainer, you will play a crucial part in developing our employees and contributing to the overall success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver engaging and effective training programmes on sushi and delica products, preparation, and customer service
- Assess employees' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and continuously improve our training curriculum
- Maintain detailed training records and reports to track progress and measure the impact of training initiative
- Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to reinforce the training and support our employees' growth
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer or instructor in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on sushi and delica.
- Strong knowledge of sushi and delica preparation, food safety, and customer service best practices
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to tailor training content to different learning styles and skill levels
- Passion for learning and development, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our team
