Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Project Manager to bridge the operations and project development between our headquarters and the Malaysian office. This position will involve managing and coordinating projects on a global scale, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between both locations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to navigate international business environments. Key Responsibilities: -Lead, plan, and manage global projects between the headquarters and the Malaysian office, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones. -Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams across both locations, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise. -Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, R&D, marketing, and finance) to align project goals and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. -Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution. -Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, potential risks, and corrective actions. -Ensure that projects adhere to global standards, policies, and best practices. -Facilitate the exchange of knowledge, resources, and best practices between HQ and Malaysia, fostering collaboration across teams. -Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to minimize delays or disruptions. -Travel between HQ (Taiwan/China) and Malaysia as required to oversee project execution and foster relationships with local teams and stakeholders. -Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, providing detailed project status reports, progress updates, and performance analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. -Proven experience as a Project Manager in a global environment (5+ years). -Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and resource management. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple regions. -Proficient in project management software. -Ability to manage projects across different time zones and handle cross-cultural challenges. -Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. -Ability to travel internationally, particularly to Taiwan/China and Malaysia, as needed. -Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
