Position Summary:

Your role will assist in the Go-to-Market (GTM) project by conducting research, analyzing customer journeys, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Market Research – Analyze distribution channels, including dealers, online platforms, and referral programs.
  • Marketing Strategy & Customer Engagement – Research and evaluate social media, digital marketing, and on-ground engagement strategies.
  • Customer Journey – Dealer Onboarding & Support – Assess and improve the dealer onboarding process, payment structures, and ongoing support mechanisms.
  • Customer Journey – End-User Experience – Map and refine the end-user signup process, order fulfillment, and aftersales support.
  • Data Analysis – Evaluate price plans, device pricing, and value-added services to identify competitive opportunities.
  • Presentation – Create PowerPoint decks to present research findings and strategic insights.

Requirement: -

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • MS Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency – Skilled in data organization, analysis, and presentation.
  • Analytical & Research Skills – Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Willing to learn and accept challenges.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM881.67 - RM1,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
