  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Drive strategic initiatives and ensure 100% SLA adherence while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, managing a dedicated team, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to support the dynamic and rapidly expanding data centre industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for data centre operations in Malaysia.
  • Ensure 100% delivery of all customer SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of zero-downtime and operational excellence.
  • Adhere to Group DC baseline policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead and participate in group-wide initiatives such as sustainability, safety, and cybersecurity programs.
  • Track and report on DC operational performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the rollout of operational teams, systems, and vendors in new data centres.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key customers and lead operational reviews and audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Motivate and manage a team of over 25 employees across various operational functions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in data centre operations management.
  • Proficiency in service and operational management of critical MEP infrastructure and ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of technical matters, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience in business continuity, risk management, incident management, and change management.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and local codes of practice related to DC operations.
  • Demonstrable experience in people management, budget management, and vendor management.
  • Ability to lead during crises and manage major changes and incidents.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM360,000.00 - RM420,000.00 per year
